"Marc was an excellent host. Started the experience by pulling my wife's parents out of the ditch, carrying their baggage up to the chalet and all with a smile. The rooms were immaculate with thoughful additions throughout. Spa haus was great with panoramic views of the surroundings and a unique hot tub experience. Comfortable seating and dinning area. Beautiful spacious shower. All round great stay and would go back to enjoy it all again. Well done Marc"

"Parking is brutal. Driveway is super steep. We couldn't use the hot tub because there was no path to it. Hot tub cover was broken so therefore a dirty tub. Pool table is plastic, lopsided and cheap - missing balls. Main floor bathroom has no shower pressure. Side table lamps dont' work. requested salt for driveway and no response. House feels like it was about to collapse. Place was very clean!! and stacked with all your kitchen/cooking needs."

"This was a family and friends ski trip, everything was as listed. Beds were comfortable, lots of space. Easy ski in/ski out for all ages. A tv on the main level would have been nice to separate the adults & kids. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We had a great time at Le Grizzly! Collin was an attentive host. We notified him about a few concerns and he made sure to deal with it. The beautiful log cabin was comfortably enjoyed by two families. The games room was perfect and the hot tub was great after a day of skiing! "

"This is a perfect ski in, ski out place to enjoy a getaway with family. So nice to come off the hill for lunch and get right back out there. Kitchen was well stocked and cleaning supplies appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Didn't bring a pet. Stay was cozy. I had asked for ski in/ski out which didn't happen, but the lift was 3 min. by car. Not bad. We had a goid time"

"We had scheduled a five day stay but left on day four because the stay had become unpleasant.When we arrived, the water from the faucet was yellow and rusty. We were told to let the water run because this is normal when the snow melts. However, after running the water for about 30 minutes, the bathtub drain became blocked and the tub filled with rusty water. When it was unblocked the next day, the rust had stained the bathtub.We had to buy bottled water for drinking and cooking, and on the third day we even had to go to a friend’s house to take a shower. Although the issue was reportedly fixed on day three, by then the experience was already ruined and we did not feel comfortable trusting the water quality.The sofa has large stains.We could clearly hear the neighbours’ conversations, as well as them using the outdoor jacuzzi.The host offered a 10 percent discount on a future stay, which is disappointing considering the situation. We will not be returning."
