"Hot water was low pressure if you stay in top floor so end up we change to the lower floor and issue resolved. However, the entry door missing the security latch lock so the cleaner can come in directly. The bathroom lock is also not working so I have to put my baggage behind the door when shower. ..."

"If I could put zero I would. Bedroom had droplets of blood on the floor and a long fingernail behind bedroom door. Droplets of blood on the wall by the bed. Used soap in the shower. Dirty. Unsanitary. Please avoid."

"On the surface everything was great, if you’re sensitive to smells I might choose something else. The hallway had a strong odor and there was smoking smell in the bathroom. A few small issues with the coffee maker, the bathroom sink, and the bed frames but nothing glaring."
