「Great staff! Perfect location and price for value. The only complaint was that the HVAC system might have not been working well. The air in the bedroom was very dry and it caused nose bleeding in the morning due to dryness. I started hanging wet towels for humidifying the air in the last 2 days of my stay.」

「I have wanted the Halcyon to be worth the price and the hype. I've given it 3 tries- which I shouldn't have. The mattresses need to be replaced. You can feel where they are sunken in from previous guests. I felt like I was sleeping in a ditch. They flipped the mattress and I found a spot in the middle that hadn't been collapsed. 「Valet was amazing! Loved location of this property. Restaurants at property are nice and convenient. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Our view was poor from our room-which was the roof and vent system and a wall, but we were not staying for the view and I am sure other rooms had great views. Very walkable area- to the theater and 16th street mall no problem at all. Lots of things to do in walking area. 」
