“The room was nice and the area was very quiet. We booked 3 twin beds and they only had 2 beds for us in the room. It was very hot with no fan available.”

“Although the rooms were super clean, I found that the reception was not helpful at all except for one gentleman at night named Mohammed.”

“Very close to Eltz castle!!! Breakfast was very good!”

“Very hot on the top floor, the property would benefit from some portable AC units. We had one small fan for two rooms. Still water would be better than sparking.”

“Premises in 2 buildings 200 m apart. Reception and better accommodation (I presume) in one, remainder in the other. Staff members all appear to be English speaking and of Indian origin. Reception staffed by at least 3 people who claimed to have received only 1 day training in the job. Communication and Reception skills very limited. Breakfast bar reasonable but limited in variety. On the last day of our stay the lift in the accommodation building failed. No persons on board but suitcases and 5……

“Clean room”

“What a beautiful place to stay, an old convent, peaceful surroundings. There are no staff, however everything is easy to find, coffee machine, tea’s, a fridge full of drinks in the main entrance. (Honesty box) Three minute walk to the Lindhoffer Gaststätte for a typical German breakfast, plenty of Coffee etc. We ate there in the evening, the rump steak was delicious and tender, other options were superb. It’s not the Hilton ok !!! , but it’s a truly comfortable and cosy experience. Enjoy x”

“Bra frukost”

“Quarto amplo com bonita vista, boa limpeza do quarto e anfitrião simpático.”

“Alles bestens gerne wieder”

“room was good. a bit confusing trying to find the hotel entrance at check in. parking was just on the street.”
