「Service is good」

「This hotel was on the banks of the Rhine and our room had a lovely view of the river. The whole hotel was clean, modern and comfortable after being recently renovated. The food in the dining room was varied and very tasty and was served as a buffet. One small improvement would be to have drink making facilities in each room. Overall a great stay」

We enjoyed freshly renovated, well-equipped cosy but big rooms, comfortable bed and of course the cherry on a cake: beautiful big terrace to enjoy. 「I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. I think the instructions to enter the building could be a little clearer. I was quite jetlagged, and it took me a while to figure out which of the three keypads to use to enter the building. Just tell people to use the small black keypad, and also use the same code to enter your room as...
