"I arrived around 3am and staff knew ahead of time. I was exhausted. Get to my room. Crash into the very hard bed, and right when I’m about to fall sleep, I hear beep… beep… beep. The smoke detector was beeping that the battery was low! I just wanted to go to sleep. I will give the front desk credit, she brought me up new keys as I packed up my stuff and brought me to a different room. I just think those things should be changed periodically to prevent this. Never did fall back to sleep. The bed is super firm, but the blankets are comfortable enough. Good deal for the price, if it wasn't for the beeping and having to switch rooms. Parking and checking in was a breeze. "

"First we were overcharged for breakfast and no one could figure out how to return the overcharge. Then our room was not serviced and we didn't learn about that until we return after midnight. Of course there was only one person on staff at that time so my husband had to retrieve clean towels. Before we had left for graduation, I had reported that the toilet seat needed to tighten.
