「Great location, wonderful hosts, and an incredible over all setting. My wife swore off camping years ago and she was hesitant going in to this one, which is why I didn’t tell her until 2 days before. She loved it and is planning the next trip back already. Cute town and grocery store 10 minutes away.」

「I enjoyed my stay. Centrally located. Comfortable. Well equipped kitchen except no cutting board which made meal prep a challenge. Hard to judge value since I stayed during the 2024 spring eclipse, so room rates in Doniphan were 5-10 times higher than usual. Would recommend for our of town guests」

「I loved the place, it was a beautiful, peaceful view, the cottage was very clean and very well supplied. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing is they did not have propane for the grill when we wanted to make steaks, and we didn’t want to go back into town to get propane, so we use the oven. The manager did say in her property details that if we bought the propane, she wouldn’t reimburse us with the cost, which was very nice. Once we got here, we just kind of wanted to stay the cushions...

「For our 2024 girls trip, we decided to find a property near water with a hot tub. This Current River getaway was absolutely perfect and beautiful for our group this year. The house was set for a medium to larger group. Plenty of space (love the open living room), and the large deck out back was perfect for morning coffee and evenings watching the water. The kitchen had a ton of pans, spices, and items available for use, which helped out planning for meals after we got there. Our girls trip...

「A great cabin in the woods! Lots of room, great water pressure. The shower is actually in the bathroom off of one of the bedrooms so if you have multi families staying it takes a little planning to use it etc. I feel like knowing that ahead of time might be helpful?. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kiddos and had plenty of room. Communication with Ben was great he answered really quickly. Getting there was a little tricky, a little hard to see the arrows in the dark but his directions were right...
