"Pros: The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and we really appreciated their generosity with lifts to the station on our arrival and departure. The apartment is very spacious with lovely mountain views from the veranda and the kitchen is very well equipped which made self catering easier. It is well located for the Penkenbahn and Ahornbahn cable cars and bus and train connections throughout Zillertal as well as the swimming pool, shops and restaurants in Mayrhofen. "The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. However, the main issue with the hotel is the centralised air conditioning system meaning the entire building is kept at 21 degrees. This meant the room was a little too hot for sleeping and it would have been beneficial to have control of the temperature. Apart from that, no complaints and would highly recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Innsbruck. The bus stop beside the hotel is extremely handy for a bus into the centre which runs regularly."
