「Desde el momebtobque entramos al cuarto era obviobque olia a cigarro. No hay nadie en recepcion que pueda ayudar. Al otro dia nonquisieron cambiarnos el cuarto y solo despues de quejarnos con expedia y con la administracion ofrecieron cambiarnos pero pagando la limpieza de 100 euros por el primer cuarto. El 3 dia no funcionaba la chapa y nuevamente como no hay personal en la recepcion no pudieron darnos una solucion. Se tuvo que saltar mi hijo por la ventana del primer piso para abrirnos desde...
