Great holiday

We had a fantastic holiday. The scenery is amazing and we were very lucky with the weather. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious with the only down side being the need for inventive cooking with only two hot plates and nothing else. We had some wonderful walks and cycles, ( although with those hills its a good thing they were e.bikes)! We would certainly go again

Appartment tres bien situé, à proximité de chemins de randonnée, tout en etant à 5 minutes en voiture de tous commerces. La region est vraiment magnifique !L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, propre et agréable. L'hote est tres reactive et attentionnée.Un plaisir, difficile de repartir !

Sehr schön und ruhig

Wir haben diese kleine,aber feine Ferienwohnung für 2 Wochen gemietet und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie liegt an einer, nur von Anwohnern befahrenen Straße und ist dementsprechend sehr ruhig. Auch die Personen in der oberen Wohnung haben wir kaum wahrgenommen. Offene Küche: 2 Platten Kochfeld, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr und Töpfe. Ein seperates Schlafzimmer mit Tür zum Schließen und ein Bett im Wohnraum bzw Wohnzimmer. Bequeme Betten. Couch, Sessel, Fernseher Das Bad ist vom seperaten Schlafzimmer zu erreichen. Großer Eckkleiderschank mit viel Stauraum. Kleine Terrasse, schön zum draußen sitzen. Frau Loinger ist sehr nett und unaufdringlich, immer zu erreichen und für alle Fragen und Anmerkungen offen. Brötchenservice, am Vorabend bestellt und morgens geliefert. Buchung auch mit Hund möglich. Nahe Wege zum Gassi gehen. Weder das Licht noch die Windspiele waren ein Problem für uns. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ruhig gelegen und dennoch alles recht nah

Ich, mein Mann und unser Sohn (11Monate) waren hier im Juni untergebracht. Die Fewo ist groß, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Direkt von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die ruhige Lage ist ein wunderbarer Ausgleich zu uns Stadtkindern. Von der Unterkunft sind wir in 4min zum nächsten Supermarkt gefahren; 10min ins Gaistal zum wandern; 15min zur Leutascher Geisterklamm. Ein Hallenbad ist sehr nahe gelegen und man kann auch einfach mal auf der Wiese vor dem Haus die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir waren begeistert.

Gute Lage (zur Loipe) - Wohnung mit Mängel

Objekt liegt im schönen Leutaschtal - von der Wohnung aus (EG) hat man aber keine Aussicht auf das Tal oder die Berge. Anmerkungen: - Vermieter und Nachbar haben jeweils außen am Haus Windspiele. Wer mit offenen Fenster schläft sollte das mögen. - In der ganzen Wohnung hat man keine Möglichkeit, die Raumtemperatur zu regulieren! Das heißt: Schlafen (im Wohnbereich) in einer warmen Wohnung mit Kühlschrankmotor und Badezimmer für unseren Geschmack zu kalt. - Im kleinen ziemlich kühlen Bad gibt es keinen Heizkörper für Handtücher. Das Trocknen der Handtücher ist daher sehr schwierig (man konnte jedoch jederzeit frische Handtücher bekommen). - Empfindliche Ohren nehmen in der ganzen Wohnung ein permanentes Brummen/Dröhnen wahr (vermutlich von der Fußbodenheizung?) - Im OG über der Wohnung geht jemand gerne barfuß mit ausgeprägtem Fersengang. - Obwohl das Objekt über eine große offene Doppelgarage verfügt, wurde uns die Nutzung nicht angeboten. Die Temperaturen in der Nacht lagen in unseren zwei Wochen zwischen minus 6 und minus 17 Grad. - die Küchenzeile ist klein, auf zwei Elektroplatten können kleinere Gerichte zubereitet werden. Geschirr alles da (eine beschichtete Pfanne wäre schön). - Auf das warme Wasser muss man warten…(Dusche extrem) da wird viele Wasser verschwendet. Der Wasserdruck und die Wassermenge in der Dusche lassen wirklich zu wünschen übrig. - Die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung ist (bis auf die Bettlampen) nicht schön. An der Spüle wird man geblendet - am Tisch ist das Lampenlicht ungemütlich und an der Stehlampe verbrennt man sich. Das Bad wird mit einem Beckenwandlicht „ausgeleuchtet“. -zusammenfassend stimmte für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Nette Vermieterin. Skistall mit Wachsmöglichkeit. Tolle rustikale Ferienwohnung mit gemütlicher Fußbodenheizung. Schöne Mittagssonne in Küche und Frühstückstisch. Sehr ruhige Lage. Bester Loipeneinstieg hinter Gasthaus Kühtalerhof (Richtung Weidach ab da schon blau).

Tolle Ferienwohnung, schöne Lage

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit barrierefreiem Zugang (das war für uns wichtig). Tolle Terrasse & Garten und sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter, die oben im Haus wohnen. Drumherum gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Laufen oder Radfahren und die nächsten Geschäfte (Supermarkt) erreicht man mit dem Auto in 4-5 Minuten. Perfekt. :)

Det er en meget pæn og nydelig bolig, alt er velholdt og meget rent. Velgegnet område til lange gåture med hund, og dejlig terasse og have. Kan varmt anbefales hvis man har hund med.

Nette, saubere Wohnung im Parterre. Ideal für uns mit Hund. 4 vollwertige Betten. Küche für kleine Mahlzeiten. Viel Stauraum (Schuhe, Jacken, Getränke, etc.). Grosser Schrank für Kleider. Ruhig gelegen. Tolle Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Sehr nette Vermieter (im Hause). Nochmals besten Dank an Frau Loinger, wir kommen gerne wieder.
