プールアクセスのお部屋は開放感があり　プールサイドも海風が気持ち良くて　ホテルで過ごす時間はとてもリラックスできました。ここではホテルライフをゆっくりする価値があります。 朝食も美味しく４日間楽しめました。 もう少しスープの種類が欲しかったです。 アフタヌーンティーは飲み物もフードも少なくて残念でした。朝食の残りのリメイクで良いので増やして欲しいです。 また滞在したいです。

Ich Reise seit 20 Jahren regelmäßig nach Bali und kenne viele Hotels dort. Im Maya waren wir nun das erste Mal, aber leider auch eher das letzte Mal. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr schön, aber das Hotel gefällt mir gar nicht. Es ist viel zu groß für das kleine Areal. Der Pool ist viel zu klein, der Logoonenpool liegt direkt am Weg zum Strand und jeder kann auf die Terrassen und ins Zimmer schauen. Das Frühstück war ok, aber das habe ich schon viel besser erlebt. Für den Preis war es ok, aber ich würde eher nicht mehr buchen. Ich finde es überbewertet.

Very beautiful resort, the nature itself is so beautiful that you could only stay in the resort and enjoy. There are multiple swimming pools with great view, the spa is incredibly memorable since it's in an open area with the sound of nature.

This is a five star resort. The rooms are definitely 5 star. My mid level room was huge with a balcony. The bathroom had double sinks and a tub and separate shower. I can’t speak to the comfort of the beds as I travel with a topper. The beach area, pool area, and beachside restaurant definitely need an upgrade and an update. The wicker chairs are peeling, the pool loungers are stained and the cushions are thin. The few chairs actually on the beach are so uncomfortable that I was tempted to walk down the beach and pay for a better chair. As this is a beach resort in a beach town, it would be great if the hotel would invest in these upgrades.

Maya Sanur is an amazing hotel. Its a beautiful layout and design. The rooms are large and well appointed with near private balconies surrounded by vegetation. The staff and food are exceptional.

Maya Sanur is a beautiful hotel in a lovely beachfront setting. The location was one of the biggest positives for us, with direct access to the beach and boardwalk, making it really easy to walk along the seafront and explore Sanur. Our room was spacious, modern and comfortable, and we particularly liked having his-and-hers sinks in the bathroom. We were also conveniently located within the hotel, which made getting around very easy. We arrived at around 1pm and completely understood that check-in wasn’t until 3pm. We were told we would receive a message when the room was ready, although this didn’t arrive until around 3:15pm, so it felt slightly pointless. Our key card also didn’t work on the first attempt, but this was quickly sorted. A couple of minor negatives were the noticeable whining noise from the LED mirrors in the bathroom and the lack of air conditioning in the open-plan communal areas. One thing we really appreciated was the service on our final day. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage and return later to use the spa facilities to shower and change before our evening flight home. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and an excellent beachfront location.
