“Das Ambiente war wunderbar. Leider wurde in naheliegenden Appartements z.T. geraucht, was störend war. Im Appartement oben drüber wurde in 1 Nacht ab 04.30Uhr lautstark auf dem Balkon Konversation betrieben, was sehr störend war. Die Fenster waren nicht geputzt.”

“Its location to the centre of Vienna was a plus along with transport links ifbyou didn't want to walk. Nice size room, with all kitchen essentials. Great advantage was the washer dryer and luggage storage. The communication via emails with management was spot on.”

“Location 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Convenience 5/5 Could've have asked for a better location, with a supermarket just across the road and pedestrian walkway only 1 min walk away! The room was clean, with decent amount of amenities. There was also a laundry room, great for a mid trip stop to wash up. The only minor disappointment was I didn't receive the WhatsApp message in advance, as I used my Chinese number for the booking. “Es un lugar tranquilo, no es tan decoroso pero te permite una estancia corta. No me gustó que me cambiaran de número de apartamento o más bien que cambiaran los códigos de acceso sin previo aviso porque ese día me quedé afuera y hacía mucho frío. Y por último la cama es muy incómoda. Pero en general bien. ”

“Realmente nunca me alojé en un lugar con tanta desidia. No había internet, papel higiénico, seguridad en la entrada del lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tampoco el elevador, el freezer no se podía utilizar. Y para colmo el departamento apestaba a olor a cigarrillo. Eso sí la comunicación con la empresa que prestaba el servicio era buena, pero no hacían nada para solucionar la situación ”
