“The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. I like the sofa very much. It is conveniently located near the tram station and walkable distance to Belvedere Palace. Staff is nice. Breakfast is good also.”

“I booked two rooms, one for my mother and one for myself and my partner. At the time of her check-in there was something wrong with her room so they gave her an upgrade at no extra charge, which I thought was very considerate. Rooms were standard. This is an old building that has been remodeled. Our bathroom shower didn't have a floor barrier or door so all the water would spill out into the rest of the bathroom. They offer qtips, and other small toiletries, nothing excessive just basic items.……

“It's no problem while we stayed at the hotel from 5-8 Sept 2026. We rebooked it one more night when our flight cancelled on 8 Sept 2026. However, it was very disappointed and I felt very upset. We were given an accessible room with a clogged toilet. Half the bathroom was flooded after my shower. The front desk refused to change our room or even send someone to inspect, claiming the water was just draining slowly. After my daughter washed up, the entire bathroom was completely soaked. This……

“The staff are quite careless. We stored our luggage in the storeroom and they just expected us to go in and grab them ourselves. When we grabbed our suitcases, they never verified and checked whether the suitcases really belonged to us. Seems like people could have taken/stolen other suitcases easily. One of the staff was also quite rude, never greeted us and asked us how our stay was. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite the hotel being 4 stars, the service is more or less 2……

“**Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!** Alles hat super geklappt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders die Zimmermädchen. Die Lage ist top, alles ist in der Nähe, und die Straßenbahn ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Es gab kein Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer, das hätte ich gerne gehabt. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!”
