「Nice place. And I would recommend if you arrive during reception opening hours. If not, Instructions on how to contact the place for late check in was a problem. There is only a phone number and when you call it, the person asks you to write but you then have to call hotels.com for where to write. I wrote 3 emails and nothing happened until I called again on the day of arrival. I think hotels.com is to blame for the most part but the hotel was very late to reply. 」
