"Breakfasts was very poor value for money...as a vegan there was no hot food ( mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes ) and no dairy substitutes like cheese or yogurt available. There should be a warning when booking that €18 is too much for fruit juice, granola and toast. I spoke to the manager but he wasn't bothered. We had a torn curtain in our room but otherwise it was clean and quiet and felt safe."

"The reception staff was very helpful and kind, forthcoming and efficient and the rooms were quite nice, orderly and with good linens and a good bathroom. Well positioned, just steps from the museum quarter and Mariahilfe Strasse and even closer to the main public transportation network. The best place/price that I’ve found in this area"

"We enjoyed staying here. It was super quiet even though it was right next to the West Bahnhof train station. Being at the train station and near the subway made it very convenient to get around Vienna. But the area is very walkable to the main tourist sites. The room was clean and comfortable and had the best pillows of all the hotels we stayed at in Austria. Definitely a plus for us. There were restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We would stay here again."

"We did not enjoy our stay here. The carpets were stained, the shower doors didn't close and water sprayed all over the bathroom floor, the shower didn't drain, the air conditioning didn't work, and the pillows didn't offer any support. Would not stay here again."

"Top marks to the staff on the 8th floor - very well looked after at breakfast, Perhaps to an Austrian five different colours of carrot for breakfast and a printed menu offering a variety of dishes, so long as you wanted eggs, is the norm...? The lack of clothes storage in the rooms wasn't helpful, and an explanation of the lighting system would have been useful; it appeared to be either "all on" or "all off"."
