「No shampoo or conditioner, hair dryer wasn't working, no orin in the room and no one was onsite at night to request it. I had to wash my hair with just water and no blow dryer to dry my hair at night and had to go to my meetingbwith wrinkled shirt. Worst experience. By the way, there's no security at night. Anyone can walk in at night and come to your room. Elevator doesn't require a pass and no one is at front desk at night. Main entrance is wide open too」

「Staff was really helpful but that's about it. The location is a bit away from all the restaurants but it's manageable. However the property itself is VERY dated. Really old yellow rooms, small dingy 40s TV that's not tuned to any channels, dusty things, rust in the water pipes making the water a bit brown and only 2 working sockets in the room that are far away from bed. The fire exit plan in the room had totally different floor plan and would be absolutely useless in case of any emergency. The...

「Excellent flat, great location! Easy to grab any method of transportation! Good bars and brunch spots to walk to! Would stay again! Great bed too!」

「The property was beyond our expectations. It was clean, bright, and spacious. The apartment is located in a beautiful building that is conveniently close to public transportation, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. The washing machine and stove, fridge and dishwasher were very convenient and helpful as well. Looking forward to retuning there again some day. Our whole family is missing it!」

「Good reasonably priced space if all you want is a bed. Found my stay comfortable,」

「1 night stay for work. Incredibly clean and nicely designed apartment. Well located for work and restaurants, felt a safe area to walk alone in. Ground floor so if I’d been there longer maybe would have preferred to be higher so could open curtains etc.」

「The staff are quite careless. We stored our luggage in the storeroom and they just expected us to go in and grab them ourselves. When we grabbed our suitcases, they never verified and checked whether the suitcases really belonged to us. Seems like people could have taken/stolen other suitcases easily. One of the staff was also quite rude, never greeted us and asked us how our stay was. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite the hotel being 4 stars, the service is more or less 2...
