The location is one good reason , far from the chaos of the city center but actually within 15 or a bit more minutes by UBER to the famous main attractions like the Sisi museum , Schönbrunn Palace , Belvedere Palace , St. Stephen Cathedral etc….. , while if you prefer the very good public transportation , the tram is in front of the property. There’s also a coffee / pastry shop and restaurants across the street and a grocery store few feet away . The room is also equipped with a kitchenette which was very helpful on my early excursions . I should also mention the comfortable bed and the good water/shower pressure .

Hotel is modern,clean and in a nice part of the city. There is a supermarket about 50m away and a a number of cafes and bars nearby . There is tram stop opposite front door. Tram 0 takes you into the city centre. . A 10 - 15min walk takes you to the famous Prater Park fairground and also to Praterstern train station where you can take train into city centre and Vienna Hbf. Hotel staff were polite, helpful ,professional and well presented. All in all my stay here was wonderful and I certainly would consider staying at a Habyt hotel again.

Great hotel, would 100% recommend. Really nice quiet neighbourhood, felt very safe. Close to transport links. Easy walk to Prater. Nice toiletries and towels. Really good rooms. We had a balcony which was lovely. Would have been nice to have chairs out there but I'm being mega picky!

Tolles, neues und modernes Hotel in einer hippen Gegend. Strassenbahn direkt vor der Tür sowie diverse, sehr gute Restaurants. Das Zimmer war geräumig, hochwertig eingerichtet und das Bett fantastisch. Das Personal war - bis auf eine Ausnahme - sehr freundlich. Das Waschen unserer Kleidung war für 10 € (einmalig) im hauseigenen Waschsalon möglich. Am letzten Tag gab es leider Probleme mit dem heißen Wasser, doch das betraf den gesamten 2. Bezirk. Nachdem wir dies abeim Check-out angemerkt hatten und um die Einlagerung unserer Koffer gebeten hatten (wieder Extragebühr von 5 €), waren wir etwas enttäuscht, dass wir keinerlei Entschädigung erhalten haben. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr gutes Hotelit toller Anbindung.

Das Hotel ist neu und dementsprechend ist alles im besten Zustand. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, die Lounge war sehr gemütlich und es gab auch eine Menge an Spielen hier die durch das Hotel vorgehalten werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist erstklassig, es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zu einem Einkaufsladen, oder auch zur zentralen U-Bahn-Station. Unser Zimmer hat eine super ausgestattete Küche, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle – so dass man sich auch ein Essen selber zubereiten konnte. Zusätzlich gibt’s ein Fitnessstudio mit erstklassiger Ausstattung. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man hat direkt vor dem Hotel eine Haltestelle für die Straßenbahn. Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß.

Struttura nuovissima tanto che ancora non si vede sulle mappe online; camera delle giuste dimensioni fornita anche di un ottimo angolo cottura con fornelli elettrici macchina per il caffè espresso, pentole e posate varie; bagno dotato di WC e doccia del tipo walk-in. Personale gentile e disponibile; fermata del tram di fronte alla struttura con mezzi che nei giorni feriali passano ogni 4-5 minuti e in altrettanto tempo conducono alla Stazione di Praterstern da cui con le metropolitane si possono raggiungere molti punti della città in breve tempo, fra cui ovviamente il centro. Il quartiere è nuovissimo; dietro l'albergo c'è una placida corte interna a verde raggiungibile anche dalla Lounge
