I think this hotel is under new management since our last visit and the staff were much friendlier and helpful, the reception area had changed and I think the room we had (304) was easily the absolute best room in the whole hotel!

I love the hotel, it was my 2nd time staying and the rooms are clean, comfy and quite luxurious. I do get food poisoning on my first night which I believe was from undercooked lamb we had for room service, so spent the whole trip in the hotel being sick on and off. I told the staff on checkout and they didnt seem to care which was not very impressive. Also the conditioner was watered down and unusable. Otherwise good!

Excellent place for us to use as a base for vivisting Sydney for a short holiday. 5-10min walk from Redfern railway station meaning it was easy to move around the city.
