“Quiet location, 15 minutes from UAB. Free parking. Short drive to Publix store. We appreciated good communication with the owner and as a bonus the first place we've stayed that had soft toilet paper!”

“The place itself was spotless and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and the host was super helpful and responsive the whole time. The location is great and super convenient to so much in the area, which made getting around easy. The pool was a fantastic bonus - clean, well-maintained, and plenty of loungers to choose from. Parking was fortunately easy to find, but heads up for future guests: you don’t get access to the gated garage. You’ll need to use street parking outside the building.……

“Property is as advertised. Very clean and new. It was a perfect spot for the 4 of us.”

“Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host.”

“Nice place, clean room. Would stay again.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this place! 😁 We were looking specifically for a house rather than an apartment since we have three little ones, all 4 and under, with our youngest being just shy of one month old. We came along with my husband on his work trip, so having a private place all to ourselves was a must. I have to mention how incredibly CLEAN everything was! The floors are always one of my biggest concerns because we don’t wear shoes in the house, and I was……

“Had a nice time in Birmingham staying at this location. Walked to the medical district daily and enjoyed lots of nearby restaurants and parks. Host always responded promptly.”

“Loved this little place! It is actually a little bigger than I had imagined as a 2/1 unit. Very nicely decorated. Spotless when we checked in. Easy access provided for door lock right on time as promised. Great water pressure. Enough personal bath stuff on hand to certainly make it through several days. Plenty of towels. Beautiful hardwood floors with strategic rug placement. Very communicative owner. The beds! Oh so soft & cozy. Close to many great local restaurants & bars (if……

“My stay here was great. The beds were comfortable and the home itself was clean and cozy. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“Son had a baseball tournament in the area. This place was perfect! Plenty of room for the two of us, clean, and quiet. Washer/dryer and full kitchen were great for our needs, and communication with the host was outstanding. Will definitely be back if we play in Birmingham again!”
