Advertised as having a breakfast but there was none not even coffee. The pool and hot tub was closed. No one was ever at the reception desk you had to call them on a phone. The room WAS very clean. Hotel needs updating and could be nice

Had a nice room with a lake view, a spacious private deck which we brought take out food to eat out on and enjoyed the view.Refigerator In room is always nice. We brought our dog and room was comfortable and convenient.

The room and bathroom were clean, A/C worked well but was a bit loud. Grab and go breakfast was appreciated. The indoor pool looked nice (we didn’t use it). Check in check out was smooth. Would recommend for an overnight stay. Not the most luxurious but the price was right.

Immediately hit with a smell of old musty, wet dog & cigarettes. Waited 15 mins to check in no one around at the desk. My room was not clean lots of dead bugs and bad odor, later I found a half smoked cig above my closet shelf. Only stay here if your desperate. The bedding seemed clean. "Breakfast" is k cups and instant oatmeal or a little Debbie donut. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

I was looking for a place to stay the night, and all other options had me questioning cleanliness. Then I found this little boutique resort tucked away from the main strip. It was a beacon of hope for a weary traveler. Yes, it's a bit worn around the edges and the TV doesn't work, but for the night I just enjoyed my phone and the wifi. The staff was very helpful even though I arrived late for check-in and very accommodating. Checking-in and out was a breeze. I didn't mind a few outdated fixtures and would have loved to enjoy the fireplace, but it was too warm a night for it. I could hear my neighbors in the hall, but I was by the stairs and it was a welcomed bit of comfort for a city dweller like myself. Hearing children giggling is always a good sign in my book for safety as a solo traveler. I am keeping this historic location on my books for future stays.

Webb's was perfect for our stay with the dogs in the lake area. Conviently located with a great jacuzzi in the room and a fenced in patio that the dogs loved to sit on and people watch. As the manager said, we may not be a 5 star resort but we are friendly and make you feel at home!

We were able to park close to the car. The only positive! This is is a worn out motel with virtually no available staff. There was no included breakfast at all. The bathtub and shower curtain were so stained that it seemed scary healthwise.

The room was clean but the property is not well maintained. Thin, stained blankets. Peeling paint. Rusted sink, ceiling fixture hanging by the wires. Pool looked nice. Staff were very nice and helpful.
