Last minute Christmas

Beautiful view of the lake from the cottage. Very nice inside with a Lake feel for sure. Decorated well!! The only negative is that you can hear everything through the bedroom walls but it was very nice and enjoyed our stay!

Great Set up with Dock!
Hello Karen, we enjoyed our stay at your clean and beautiful cottage! The weather was bad for fishing, but the use of the dock and lake were perfect! I particularly liked all the small shelving and small ottomans everywhere! Very clean property, nice location. Sharon & Paul

Beautiful spot on the lake!!! It was quiet and Just as listed! Every where you turned there was a shelf or hook to put something! Great place to fish ! Cozy and Comfortable
We loved our stay at this cottage!! The place is so cute and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. The listing was 100 percent accurate and the owner was super nice to let us know before we came that there would be no hair dryer there for our stay (so I was able to pack mine). The kitchen had lots of foodie gadgets which was great for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner! It was great to be able to bring our pup Jaxx who is a very special part of our family. The Wi-Fi and TV worked great so we were able to see “Planes, Trains and Automobiles” which is our family’s Thanksgiving eve tradition. Overall a very nice, relaxing stay! We will be back for sure!

Adorable, quiet cabin on the lake
My husband, pup, and I loved our stay in this little cabin! It is tucked away in a very quiet area on the lake, about 15 minutes from the nearest grocery store. It was very quiet and private, perfect for a little getaway!

Enjoyed stay at lake house and visiting small towns. Everything is accurate with photos of property. Host communicated promptly. You can tell home owner maintains property and spent money on upgrades such as bathroom. It was great to have full kitchen and laundry too.

Fall Getaway!
The days spent at the cottage were relaxing and enjoyble. Unfortunately the weather was rainy and chilly but we still enjoyed the days at the cottage. Would definitely stay here again. Short drive to Bemus Point or Mayville. Kitchen had everything we needed. Flat lawn great for badminton, corn hole, etc. Communication with owner was easy and straightforward. Only downside to this property is that it is not closer to our home in Philly ;-).

Great relaxing cottage
Our family had a nice relaxing stay at Karen’s cottage. Our first time in Whitney Bay. Calm part of the lake. We brought a boat which we were able to dock at the property. Decent fishing off the dock and in the bay. My oldest daughter put an 18” bass on the dock. We enjoyed the fire pit near the water, screened in porch and the rest of the cottage. Communication was great w/Karen. Would go back and recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! My family has a house on prendergast but we needed a little space on our wedding weekend. The property is in a perfect location on the lake and is very well appointed. It has gorgeous lake views and is nestled in a cozy little community off of the main road that goes through. Chautauqua. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Getaway!
Our friends and I stayed here for the weekend, to do some ice fishing! Everything was so organized and clean. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the view of the lake is just stunning. We would definitely stay here again!
