「We rented the house with 3 families and had a great time. The house was very clean and was kept up nicely. The feedback we have is to describe how to dock your boat with the very shallow water at the shoreline. Also, the back bedroom had a musty smell. It would be nice if the house had A/C, but the owner had sufficient fans in every room. We had a great experience.」

「Property was very convenient to all Chautauqua Lake activities. Easy parking and beautiful views.」

「The house is in a very small and quaint private community. The beach access is only available to people in that small area. Sunsets are some of the best I've seen and especially amazing considering it's Lake Erie and not the ocean or tropics. We had the privilege of meeting the owner and he was extremely polite and welcoming. We've never planned on any repeat stay from a "house rental" site and this will definitely be our first repeat stay. 」
