Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom bungalow on the Camposol Golf Resort, just outside Mazarron. We hope that you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home.
- Camposol is an easy 30 minute (16 mile) drive from Murcia-Corvera airport
- Just over 1 hours drive from Alicante airport.
- The property is only 25 minutes walk / 2 minutes drive from the Camposol Golf Clubhouse, which has an excellent restaurant and bar, and organises regular (free) live evening entertainment.
As a self-catering home, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. It is located in a quiet area of Camposol, so is the perfect place to either relax (enjoying the television and internet access) or use as a base to explore the area.
There is air-conditioning (cold and heat) in the living room, plus another dining table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave with grill, a kettle and a toaster.
The rear terrace has an awning for shade and a large gas barbecue, with a staircase to access the large solarium / rooftop, which is the perfect place to stargaze and enjoy the great views with a few drinks after dinner, or a barbecue meal.
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with air-conditioning (cold and heat), ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes and a safe.
In the second bedroom, there is a double bed, air-conditioning (cold), electric heater, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobes.
The third bedroom has a single bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobes.
There is 1 bathroom with a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Self-check-in is via a keysafe at the front entrance gate (any time after 4:00 pm) and check-out is any time before 10:00 am.
- There is free parking on the quiet residential road directly in front of the property.
- Pets are permitted at the property (for an additional charge of Euro 25 per stay).
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Hot water (for the shower, kitchen sink and bathroom sink) is provided by a gas heater. A 14.4 kg butane gas cylinder is supplied, but if it runs our during your stay, a full cylinder costs between Euro 16 and Euro 20 in exchange.
- The electricity usage is metered, so you only pay for what you use (standard in Spain, in case the guests leave the aircon or heating running 24/7). The cost is Euro 0.20 per kWh, typically two guests will use between 40 and 80 kWh per week. This cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
- For your security, there is a CCTV camera and LED sensor light that covers the front porch and entrance gate.
