"All of the staff was very attentive and welcoming. From the front desk staff, cleaning staff, waiters, and bar tenders, everyone would go out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. "Staff was great. Hotel is new and has potential. But, they do allow buses of tourist from south of Mexico to stay there. We were there 6 nights and almost 5 of those nights the pool was not accessible due to the amount of people. Hotels should really notify when they accept tour buses."
