“We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was spacious and clean. It's situated in a quiet location that suited us perfectly. The outdoor space was ideal: terrace dining, a heated swimming pool (we paid for heating, as it was early April), a quick stroll to the beach, and breathtaking views. Marina, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!”

“Przestronna willa w małej miejscowości 10 km od lotniska w Larnace. Okolica bardzo spokojna, blisko łąk i pól, samochód jest koniecznością. Miejsca jest wystarczjąco dla 8 dorosłych osób. Dom nie jest nowy i czasy świetności ma już za sobą, jednak jest czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Basen nieduży, ale czysty i zadbany. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z obsługą, czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani - doświadczyliśmy niemiłej sytuacji w związku z awarią pompy wody, jednak szybko i sprawnie zostałą ona usunięta.……

“This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it.”

Location ideal for visiting Kiti and Larnaca, and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have recommended the villa to friends and family.”

“The property was clean, well-stocked with cleaning materials and tea and coffee, etc. It was just as described, swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet which was very handy. Due to its location, the tavernas and cafes nearby were all reasonably priced compared with tourist rates downtown.”

“10 .There was only one set of keys for 4 person. 11. The front doors was tricky to open. 12. The property was not easy with even a sat nav. 13.No Batteries in the touch wall lamps on the staircase. 14.The mince and cockroaches were found on the property . 15.My wife clean and mopped the bedroom and found a pair men's sandals under the bed. 16.Shower trap were disgusting. 17.Bed Linen was not even iron and the bath room mat was yellow and not white. We had hotel towels which did not belong to the……

“We are a group of people that have been travelling together for 35 years so are able to manage the vagaries of different countries and villas. The lounge dinning area was lovely, very spacious and modern, with plenty of seating, not that we used it other than for watching the Queens funeral. The bedrooms were very spacious with lots of storage and extremely comfortable beds. the Kitchen was well equipped, though the size of the fridge for 8 adults was a bit of a struggle. The down side, there……

“This property although in a convenient and nice area was a bit dated. In March it was cold and the heating system was not working. We also could not gain access to the safe. The lock on the front door was also tricky and needs replacing. Despite contacting the owners through the provided portal they promised to get the heating looked into but no one came. They didn’t even respond about the safe. Overall poor service which is a shame as could have been a lot better!!”

Malheureusement nous y sommes allé à une mauvaise période (semaine entre Noël et jour de l'An) et tout était fermé y compris le seul bar-restaurant du complexe... et pareil dans toute l'ile... dans l'hotel il devait y avoir au maximum 3 apparts accupés... Je pense que cela doit être plus vivant et sympa en été...”

“I had to pay an extra 200 eur (!) that was not listed in the price. That amounts to about 30% of the price. Vrbo could not tell me if they charged 30% service fee. They said they will investigate the issue but still no answer. The property manager said they did not charge it. The house is ok if you like to be in the flight path of Larnaka airport.”
