Studio TRES tranquille, sécurisé, non loin du centre, des restaurants, de la magnifique plage du Safari, des supermarchés, des boutiques et artisans locaux. TrÚs belle terrasse. Piscine magnifique. Appartement moyennement correct, au 1 er Ă©tage au-dessus de l’habitation du propriĂ©taire, situĂ© Ă  environ Ă  500 m de la mer et Ă  500m du centre de ville de Saly et non Ă  200 et 300 m. Contact avec le loueur : distant ProblĂšme pour ce studio, la tĂ©lĂ©vision est prĂ©vue dans l’annonce avec raccordement cable / satellite mais en rĂ©alitĂ© dans celui que nous avons occupĂ©, on est bien reliĂ© au satellite mais il n’y a pas de dĂ©codeur ou dĂ©modulateur, de ce fait nous n’avons eu droit qu’à une seule chaĂźne française la France 24 avec que des informations en boucle. Plus de 3 semaines rien qu’avec une seule chaĂźne d’informations, ce n’est vraiment pas intĂ©ressant. Autant dire qu’il n’y a pas de tĂ©lĂ©vision dans l’appartement. Pas de grille-pain non plus, comme tout est prĂ©vu sur l’annonce. Vous pouvez bĂ©nĂ©ficier du lave-linge du propriĂ©taire situĂ© Ă  l’intĂ©rieur de son habitation. Il serait aussi intĂ©ressant d’avoir un micro-onde et un peu plus de vaisselle. La vaisselle actuelle est insuffisante. Il manque aussi sĂ©rieusement de lumiĂšre dans le studio, nĂ©cessaire d’utiliser la lampe de chevet ou tĂ©lĂ©phone portable pour cuisiner le soir. Il faudrait une lampe centrale. ProblĂšme aussi, pour l’arrivĂ©e. On ne peut prendre la location qu’à 14 heures alors que la plupart des avions pour le SĂ©nĂ©gal volent la nuit avec arrivĂ©e au petit matin (4 heures). PossibilitĂ© d’avoir l’appartement au petit matin, mais il faut payer la nuit en supplĂ©ment. Sinon, au rez- de- chaussĂ©e, belle propriĂ©tĂ© et belle piscine, « un peu fraĂźche en dĂ©cembre », mais trĂšs propre devant l’habitation du propriĂ©taire que vous pouvez disposer durant votre sĂ©jour. Un autre problĂšme de la rĂ©gion, ce sont les plages : Presque toutes les plages sont des plages privĂ©es pour les rĂ©sidences et hĂŽtels donc impossible de s’allonger sous les cocotiers ou filaos si vous n’ĂȘtes pas rattachĂ©s Ă  ces rĂ©sidences et hĂŽtels. Vous vous faites chasser par la sĂ©curitĂ©. Dommage pour les touristes qui ne sont pas dans ces rĂ©sidences et hĂŽtels et dommage aussi pour la population locale qui se rabat sur des plages non surveillĂ©es et plus dangereuses. Enfin, les 2 plus : vous aurez droit Ă  des tempĂ©ratures agrĂ©ables mĂȘme en hiver et une "Fatou" et un "gardien" trĂšs agrĂ©ables.

Pas de mot pour qualifier la qualitĂ© et la propretĂ© de la propriĂ©tĂ© tellement il n’y a vraiment rien Ă  redire. Certains hĂŽtels 4 Ă©toiles de Saly devraient s’inspirer de la location de Philippe. Je recommande vivement
