"Plans were a concert at Soaring Eagle, Everything was either booked or unaffordable in Mount Pleasant. Edmore Inn came up on search 18 miles away. (35 minutes). Family room that sleeps 6 was available at a reasonable price. 5 adults slept comfortably. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Pump hand soap, body wash and shampoo in bathroom. Microwave and fridge in room. The furniture is very nice, lodge feel. Was very quiet. Continental breakfast was limited but was given a $5 off coupon per person for hot breakfast next door at the Depot. We didn't have time to swim but pool area looked nice."

"We loved our stay! The tiki theme made it feel like a little slice of paradise. The lake was wonderful. The included use of the kayaks and paddle boards was really nice! We made a fire in the firepit outside and used the hot tub while we watched a movie on the TV behind the bar. The loft is nicely appointed and has everything you need, including games (we played Pictionary!). We'll definitely be back again. Thank you to our hosts!"
"We enjoyed all the amenities and there are a lot of them. From the pool to the ping pong and pool tables. There is plenty to do. We had so much fun. The fire pit is the best we have used at a rental. The yard is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sun. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation. "

"We had a great long 4th of July weekend at Mikes cottage! The fireworks were awesome on the lake. The cottage was very updated and had everything we needed! We would definitely like to plan another trip next year!"

"Had a nice long weekend stay. Meet our adult daughter and her fiancé for some family time.The lake house was just as pictured. Everything was labeled. They had more than expected for us to use. Everything we needed. Beach towels, Suntan lotion, mosquito spray, games, Keurig, etc. The couch and the beds were very comfortable. We swam in the lake every day. There are boats to rent, but since we didn’t have the experience we decided not to. Maybe next time. Thanks for a great time. "
