Would definitely book again it fits quite a few people comfortably and is in a nice location

This place is in a good location. However it is definitely in need of attention. As noted by other reviewers the dishwasher is not usable with the broken bottom rack in place. Remove it and you get one top rack’s worth of room to wash dishes. Only one outlet in the kitchen worked. The beds are not comfortable at all, though the downstairs beds are better. The TV worked as did the small window AC unit upstairs. The kitchen is sparsely appointed, and I’m not sure the grill would work-we looked at it and didn’t even try. There was trash and dirt under all the furniture that should have been visible to anyone cleaning the unit. The front door handle is about to fall off, making it difficult to close the front door which needs to be pulled hard to close and lock properly. On a more positive note, we enjoyed the location and even with neighbors present it was pretty quiet. Although advertised on VRBO with “laundry facilities,” be aware there is no laundry facility on the premises. I cannot say I would stay here again or recommend it.

Property was dirty needed to clean countertops and sweep kitchen before use. Needed to run dishwasher before use. Windows did not open they have been painted shut. Fan part of light in living room turned on but lights did not work and couldn’t adjust fan. We had no water starting late Friday night until around 2 pm Sunday. But then water shut off agin late Sunday evening. No help from host on getting water to us. We had to go buy water for drinking and hygiene use. Though it didn’t matter for use due to no water, there is no laundry located on property. The grill did not work. Parking instructions not given to next door renters. We kept getting blocked in. We did make the most out of our stay but did have an inconvenience of needing to drive for a restroom when needed and extra purchases of water. There was five of us staying here pulse our dog.
