The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. The water pressure in the bathroom sinks was terrible, but the shower was a bit better. The fan did not stay on consistently, which left the room stuffy and at night woke us up coming on and off. The hallways were very warm and stuffy. The Jacuzzi wasn't working, which was disappointing. The staff was great.

Nice room, but the mushy mattress didn’t allow much sleep. There was an intermittent buzzing sound in the room of undetermined origin which didn’t help either. Maybe it’s the city’s fault and not the hotel’s, but we were awakened 2 times each night of our stay as the noisiest snowplow in recorded history worked the empty parking lot of the nearly-empty hotel, right outside our room.The hotel was effectively empty, but we were not allowed more than a 1-hour late checkout (noon); which we didn’t take, since it wouldn’t have allowed us sufficient time for something special in McCall. How much is goodwill worth?

Nice hotel and we’ve stayed many times in the past when it was a Holiday Inn Express. The new management has upgraded and it’s even nicer. Very nice staff. However, they placed us in a room above the kitchen and our room smelled of pizza until after 9pm. We’d stay again but be sure to request a room on the west end away from the kitchen and pool.

The room was very clean, which I really appreciated, and the hot tub was nice and warm—definitely a highlight of the stay. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not free as advertised on Expedia. On top of that, the coffee was really poor quality, and the food options they do serve could use significant improvement. Overall, the cleanliness and hot tub were great, but the breakfast and food experience did not meet expectations.
