"Very friendly staff! Front Desk great! "

"The staff were very friendly and hospitable. They took great pride in helping their guests have a great stay. The room was very clean, however there was an overpowering bleach smell in the room that gave me a headache. I appreciated the cleanliness, but perhaps the room could have been ventilated better. The pool was probably my families favorite amenity. It was very kid friendly with a basketball hoop. As a mom of young children, I appreciated this as it tired my kiddos out. The rooms were of a very nice size especially compared to the price we paid. My kids were fighting over who got to sleep on the pull out couch. We also liked that the toilet snd shower were separate from the bathroom sink. This made it convenient as we didn't have to overcrowd the bathroom area. The location was nice, but the pickleball arena nearby had loud music playing very late into the night, so bring earplugs or a white noise machine if you aren't a fan of that during sleep. It also made parking a little confusing. Perhaps better sign postage for parking for guests would help this confusion. Overall, I would reccomend this hotel for its cleanliness and family-friendly atmosphere."

"Just stayed a second time at this hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Seems new or not very old. Very comfortable mattress. No frills, no daily room service. Free coffee in lobby and snacks for purchase. Near the Mall for shopping. Hard to see parking lot entrance from the main road, quick turn in off a busy road. No complaints."

"Air conditioning was on the lowest setting and room never felt cold. The bed you could feel the springs. The bathroom was finished and gorgeous the room could use a remodel. Friendly staff and they clean real good."

"The room was clean and comfortable. It is a suite and has a small kitchen, counter to eat at, and living area. But the living area and the bedroom are completely open to each other. So it works fine for one person, but it doesn't work well if one person is sleeping and the other is not. And the breakfast my second day was unimpressive -- plastic utensils for eating and no fruit at all available."

"Don't believe a word of these fake 5 star reviews on Expedia about this hotel. This hotel is in the hood, Nothing but gang bangers in the parking lot. I'd give these clowns a negative score if I could."
