"I had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The room was incredibly spacious, and honestly, the photos don’t do it justice—it was even better in person, which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff was phenomenal, friendly, and attentive. Everything we needed was easily accessible, making our stay very comfortable and convenient. My only concern was with the kitchen staff, who were not as friendly as I would have expected. However, that was a small issue compared to an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose this property every time I visit my family in Charlotte!"

"The woman (didn't catch her name) at the front desk when I checked was very nice to deal with. I requested a room on the top floor that would be quiet. She put me in a room at the end of the hall, and it was perfectly quiet. The room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast the next morning was good, although I wish there had been more than one flavor of yogurt, but it was still good. I've had good experiences with Comfort Suites, and will continue to favor them when selecting a hotel."

"1. False advertising of the property site, property resort amenities, and property units. Furthermore, it is extremely unclear when making the reservation what your unit will look like as the photos contain multiple variations of the kitchen, bedrooms, porch, etc. for the individual unit. 2. The property pool is not being renovated or under construction - this is a very dangerous area that has pipes and wires exposed, and is being used as a dumping ground for trash and pieces of wood 3. Multiple warning and unsafe signs on the property distributed by the Fire Marshall. These areas on the property were completely unsafe and unusable 4. Exposed wires in multiple locations throughout the property 5. Outdoor fireplace unusable as it was broken and no access to propane 6. Property grill unusable and disgusting 7. Property chairs unusable and broken 8. Trash scattered across the entire property - specifically scattered around the outdoor lawn space, boat docks, outside units, and overflowing trash cans 9. Unit doors, specifically for Unit 17, do not fully close - showcased very clearly in the photos attached 10. Several stains within the unit - specifically on the couch, across the floor, and coated on 1 of the kitchen chairs. Additionally, the 2 outdoor chairs are covered in spiderwebs and bird poop 11. Communal space overgrown and unusable"
