"Beautiful home with a charming interior, nestled in by the Niantic Bay. We enjoyed walking through town and to the beach from the house. We didn't have to drive at all! Everything is within walking distance. The house has a lovely flow from room to room with any amenity needed. It has a private backyard perfect for relaxing with family or friends by fireside or in the hot tub. I highly recommend this hoise to anyone wanting to stay in the Niantic area."

"I vacationed with my husband, two adult sons, daughter- in-law and 2 grandkids. The home was spotless (TRULY), spacious and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We walked to the beach every morning - it was a quick and lovely stroll. Town was close by and inviting. The host was extraordinary, before, during and at the end of our stay. The home was well decorated and well stocked. I would gladly stay here again!"
