「We chose not to stay because of the hotel's overall appearance. My husband is a disabled veteran and there was no elevator and we had quite a few pieces of luggage. The front desk lady was very polite and said that she would give us a $50 refund. My husband told her that we would try to find another hotel. We did. My husband went back and told the front desk lady that we had found another hotel. She said that she would give us a full refund but it is not showing yet on our online bank account....

「This was an older property. Maintained well, beds were alright, air conditioning worked well in our room. No breakfast, no frills, just a cheap place to stay for the night. If in the area we would stay again.」
