How was clean and everything was ready to go. Host was quick to get back to me. I enjoyed the stay quite a bit.

Clealiness

The property could be so much better. The house is outdated and not well-kept. The linens smelt terrible, and the house was not clean. The kitchen is untidy, and the trash area is dirty. The outside had trash or remnants of it. All throughout felt unkept.

Mountain Breeze Experience

Our overall stay was great. There were plenty of rooms and space for our large group of 14. There were a few issues from the previous vacationers but I took pictures and communicated with the hosts and it was taken care of. The house does need some attention, such as lighting, plumbing, and updated furniture. But the house was clean and tidy when we arrived. I loved that the house was literally right down the street from Wisp Resort! We had a great winter vacation!
