Great house for our getaway

We loved this property. Plenty to do in the house outside of skiing. Only complaint was the mold under the sink and on the ceiling in the bathroom. Won't keep us for rebooking.

Beautiful home, very clean, just steps away from ski lift, awesome scenery. The pool guy did randomly show up which was a little odd to me. He had to come inside the house and we had no idea who he was. We asked him not to come back and he didn’t. But, still an overall great stay!

Amazing stay for 40th birthday

The house was amazing. Spacious. Great game room downstairs. Pool was perfect for rainy days. Deck had a ton of space. Plenty of bedrooms, most with private bathrooms. Kitchen/dining room space was perfect for everyone to gather in. Gorgeous views, top of the mountain, spacious yard. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

Everything was as noted on the site. The whole house has been built for accepting guests. A big kitchen with a double stove, dishwasher, sink, and two refrigerators was so good. We would definitely like to choose the house for our next stay in the Deep Creek area. The only problem was the very noisy exhaust fans I hope they fix them!

The house was REALLY nice!

It would have been nice if there were screens on the Windows and a screen door on the sliding door so that we could open the windows and enjoy the fresh air. The house was, mostly, clean but they should pay attention to the gaps between the stoves and the counters. There was a lot of old food. They should invest in the silicone inserts that help to prevent the dropping of food. Overall, a great time was had amd we REALLY enjoyed the pool, hot tub the game room in the basement!!!!!

Family Getaway

My birthday weekend was amazing and with this property it made it even better. From the pool to the porch to all rooms were clean ans well kept. Only thing if I had to pick something was the pullout bed was broken, but that was an easy fix with 1 phone call. They were ready to send someone that morning to try to fix it but we were having so much fun we decided that they can fix once we leave. Pool, hot tub all great. Guest in the area as we took a morning walk were all friendly. I would def rent again. Thank you for this wonderful experience for my birthday!

Nice Large House but has Maintenance/Management Issues

House had no heat for our stay. Was only called while two hours out and already on way. The management company provided us with several space heaters for our rooms and the living room had a working gas fireplace. The weekend ended up being a multi-thousand-dollar camping trip. The basement fireplace had a gas leak and smelled strongly of natural gas. One of the toasters was nonfunctional and almost started a fire. It literally had pieces coming out of it. No one ever called to check on our conditions during the stay. Still waiting to see if we will get a discount. Will never stay there again. Please fix your heat, check the basement fireplace for gas leaks, purchase a new toaster. Have grill ready for guests (tank was not connected and ignition button doesn't work). Also, there was no lighter or grill brush. There was a pile of beer cans in the backyard, under the deck, and around the outdoor hot tub (which we did not use, because we didn't know if it was cleaned - judging from the trash and beer cans around it).

Private family get away (social distancing)

First off, the kids enjoyed the amenities in the house. The adult guest however, did not like the bugs inside the house or cleanliness. There was dust and cob webs all over the place. Also maintenance did not have a quick response to help with a faulty fire alarm system. Over all I enjoyed my stay, besides a few issues that could have been resolved with the proper customer service etiquette.

Absolutely Perfect!

We booked this house for 3 nights for 14 people and REALLY enjoyed it. In fact, we had so much fun at the house using the pool, hot tub, kitchen, and gameroom that we didn't even leave the house. The location is great, it's right on the ski lift. It's also 8 minutes from the grocery store. The property was lovely and we will definitely be staying here again next summer.

Great house for group together with kids!

We had a great visit! We've been getting 5 families together for 8 years and decided this was the best of the houses that we have visited. The first winter storm hit while we were there there, but it didn't impact us at all since we had the pool and a basement full of games and activities. It was great. My only request would have been for more double beds or single beds so that we could mix and match rooms. The house has a queen or king in every room, but one which had two doubles. We made it work and hope to come back again next year.
