“Had everything we needed”

“The property was very clean and had all the amenities that made our Pittsburgh visit enjoyable. We enjoyed the location because it was it easy to get where we wanted to go. We would stay here again.”

“Great location, just a block or so off Butler Street. Street parking can sometimes be tricky but that is Lawrenceville for you, overall no issues and we were always able to find a spot within a few blocks and often right outside. There was plenty of space for our family of four; each kid had their own room upstairs (would consider bringing a baby gate if you have a toddler; stairs are also carpeted too) and we all slept great. Host communicated well. Good value especially for location. We didn't……

“This cabin was in the perfect location, is wonderfully cozy and super quiet. We came in from Maine and Indiana. The cabin was easy to find, easy to access and perfect for our needs. Even saw 2 deer in the field right outside the windows! Thank you for an excellent stay!”

“I enjoyed the location very much. It was so easy to get to, everything was walking distance and the view was gorgeous. The rooms were tidy with comfortable furniture and smelled pleasant. I plan on trying to stay here anytime i am in the city. ”

“Loved the design/decor! Would definitely recommend but be aware that its a third floor walk up with narrow stairwells so it wouldn't be good for a guest with mobility issues.”

“Stayed here as it was close to the stadium as we were in town to see Steelers/Bills game. Excellent spot that has plenty within walking distance for food/entertainment. We ubered everywhere so we didn't have to mess with parking. Apartment itself was very clean and nice. The bathroom is located on 2nd floor so more of a nuisance for whoever stays on the first floor bedroom. And there was no central living room so to speak to watch TV together. Both bedrooms have nice TVs but not really set up……

“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“Henry was prompt in answering questions. There is a great garage to park in with EV chargers. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go to spend time with our son at Pitt during family weekend. We would definitely stay there again. The fancy commode with the heated seat was an added benefit, and we loved the history of Luna Park on the walls in the hallway. ”

“We LOVED our stay! Everything was exactly as described. The property managers were timely in their communication. The location is central to U Pitt, Carnegie Melon, Shady Side, and downtown. The unit was clean and modern, and allowed our family of four to spread out during our stay- a must when traveling with two teenagers! The unit felt safe and secure, and we took advantage of the parking garage for ease of parking. We highly recommend this rental unit and would absolutely stay there……
