"The location is excellent. The cottage was rustic and charming but be prepared it is outdated. If you know that going in you will have a pleasant stay! I wouldn’t say that the beach access was super kid friendly but certainly enjoyable. The cottage itself could use some updates and could maybe be cleaned a bit better before a new guest arrives. "Property host was quick to communicate during booking and check in process. Property manager/cleaner is right next door for any issues and to give local recommendations. Area is quiet and the layout of the house made sure all relatives had a comfortable place to sleep. Take the canoe or kayaks onto the water and explore the lake. There is a town market on Saturdays which was a bonus as well as some quick bites to eat just a few minutes away. "

"Good swimming, beautiful views, wonderful cottage with a hot tub close to Parry Sound. Our dog loved it too! Owner was friendly and quick to respond. Great vacation spot for families. "

It was clean but showing its age, and we had a number of issues:- The person at the front desk had difficulty locating the reservation I made 5 months in advance. In the end I did get my cottage but it did cause me no small amount of angst. - There were a limited number of pots for cooking; be ready to adapt (I used the BBQ a lot)- The microwave did not work - The floors were...

"Conveniently located a block from the airport this brand new hotel has everything you need except a hotel bar. The suite I was in, had a very large desk, which was wonderful for a working vacation, but would also double as a great table as it had access for chairs on both sides. I initially could not find the closet because the barn doors for the bathroom cover the closet when they are open, I was a little confused unpacking, but figured it out The fitness centre is well equipped, the front desk staff are amazing and the complementary breakfast in the morning was satisfactory. I would definitely stay at this hotel again unless I need to be downtown thunder Bay."

"This listing was as advertised! Great location for a get-away. If you are looking for a peaceful stay this is a great option. This location is for those that are looking to get of the beaten track and in the true sense of the term "get away" . Especially if you are looking for the "Fall-Vibe" of spectacular scenery and weather. The accommodation were clean both in the cottage, hot tub, and the overall property. If you want water fun or a relaxing moment in the hot tub or hang out in the sun room room there is plenty for all to do without feeling like you are on top of each other. "

"Rooms are a little outdated for what you pay. Breakfast is as expected, however, dishes get piled and left too long and items (cream, jam) don’t get replenished quick enough or they advise that they have run out (which is not acceptable in my opinion). Otherwise, great place to stay! Staff is friendly and complimentary firewood is a bonus 👌 Overall, 4 stars"
