"The hotel was perfectly located near everything we needed at walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. My only issue was the walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbors. But everyone was very respectful with the noise and it was not bothersome to sleep. Great hotel and staff!"

"The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I have is every time the air conditioning kicked on, it made an extremely loud THUMP and shook the room. I’m a light sleeper, so I didn’t get much sleep. "

"Do not stay here until the renovation is complete. We have been staying at this property for years. I saw there was a renovation going on but I had no idea the property was this bad. We paid a good amount to stay here. Meanwhile, one elevator is out of service and we waited nearly 45 minutes on a Sunday to get an elevator. Everytime the elevator opened, it would be full of construction materials. The construction started at 7 am on Sunday. The pillows were absolutely horrible. My son and I were up every 30 minutes. The air conditioner was so loud that if you fell asleep, it woke you up when it went on. The toilet had zero pressure and wouldn't flush. The breakfast was horrible. We couldn't even find a person to order an omelet from. Hopefully the renovation brings this place back much better. We love the location and it hss always been our go to since I was in college in the 90s."

"the check in process went well on friday night, 3/13. the guy was nice and explained everything well. fast forward to the next morning, i was awoken by someone entering my room. utilizing their key card and walking into my room. i yelled out “hello?!” and they responded “ay sorry” before leaving. this is something that should never happen… later that morning, before leaving, there was constantly knocking on my door. before going out to the hallway to find housekeeping saying “sorry” even though this was about an hour before checkout. "

"The pool/hot tub area was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The entire facility was. Staff were warm and welcoming. Only disappointment was the advertised airport shuttle has been discontinued. "
