"They didn't clean our room for the two nights we were there "

"I gave the property lower marks because of major renovations going on. There's construction debris on several floors and the elevators. The noise starts at 8:00 am and reverberates through the entire hotel. On the plus side, I got a newly refurbished room and a comped full breakfast at the restaurant. The location is great-across the street from the river and easy walking distance to every attraction downtown and Baylor University. "

"The hotel is really nice in general. The pool is heated., the rooms and beds are comfy, the AC doesn’t make noise because it doesn’t have those big AC equipment like other hotels (this is great). definitely I will stay here again. "

"When we arrived we had to wait at check in for at least 20mins for the receptionist to even come to the desk. Multiple other guests waiting ahead of us for 30mins. They room was great and breakfast was good. They double charged me for the stay and had to contact the manager multiple times to get a refund. "

"Spent two nights here.for Waco convention event. Drive and or walk is close by. Beautiful close walk to Brazos River with plenty of walkways and beautifully restorwd bridges. Highly recommend. "
