“Great location, fun decorations and pretty close to most things Waco”

“Loved our room.”

“Everything was wonderful during our stay with one exception. We stayed in room 306 and every so often we’d hear this strange knocking noise next to the bathroom and electric box. It occurred at all times and night with the last night being from 4:30 am until 6 am. We spoke to staff who said they were aware of the problem and there was a loose pipe in the wall. The only way to fix it would be to open the wall. It sounds as if no one wants to fix it. Other than the problem with the wall everyone……

“We arrived late and left fairly early, so really only slept, and had breakfast. We did not take advantage of the amenities. I would like to see more plugs/phone outlets in the room.”

“All was great except for the Lady that was taking care of the breakfast. She was very rude. I came politely to her and asked her if she could get us some more syrup at there wasn’t any please. She gave me a dirty look and walked away. There was several people waiting to have it with their waffles. Just not very professional! I base my stay on how people treat you.”

“Really great value hotel. Nice bar with an extremely talented bar tender. The free breakfast was not your typical cereal and stale bread spread. Crepes, berry parfaits, frittatas and good coffee. I selected it because it was close to Baylor and pet friendly and very pleasantly surprised.”

“We had a issue with no remote to the tv so after the third time down to the front desk we asked for a new room. The front desk person was more then happy to do that for us. Thsnks for the help after a long day of driving.”

“It was a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean. The general manager took time to come talk to us and see how our stay is going during breakfast. That was very thoughtful. Everyone was friendly. ”

“My family felt satisfied with the 1 week stay at Residence Inn. Room is spacious enough with an open kitchen that allows us to prepare our meals. Staff is friendly and the hotel is suitably located for us to visit our son studying at Baylor. Our whole family enjoyed the stay so much.”
