“The room was very clean, plenty of room, fridge and coffe tea sugars well stocked Very comfy bed with great amount of pillows. Was kept cool through having an aircon and wifi was excellent. Just a pity it didnt have opening windows. Can get slightly noisey from other occupants. The only problem we had is when they required our visa card incase of damages which was fine but didnt like the fact they took our card out of sight (in the back) to write down details instead of doing it in front of us.……

“We stayed here for a week; with 2 day to arrive at the Gold Coast for fun. At first we were given a large room for 3 people. The place was big and nice; but the cleaning was average. But when we came back, we were given a room for 2 people. The 2-person room was not Problem. The problem is that there are many ants in this room. It must be improved. They walk around; in the kitchen; there are ants in the toilet and on the countertop. It is terrible.”

“The rooms are newly renovated, yet something in the room has already been broken. I was disappointed that no breakfast was served in the hotel. Only modest breakfast boxes were given to guests. The location is okay.”

“Yes the room was spotless and the staff are absolutely awesome, very friendly and helpful and I'll be definitely staying there again. Thank You for a great 2 days.”
