「Very clean and met my needs well. You will be driving on dirt roads to get to the place, and I would advise getting there before dark as it's hard to find. To Casey's credit, I arrived after dark and was lost. Casey was out looking for me, and I do so appreciate that effort. So bucolic. Wake up to roosters crowing. Very peaceful. I probably wouldn't stay there again only because I was on a cross- country trip and this place, lovely as it was, is too far off the interstate.」

「A very relaxing laid back atmosphere! We loved the whole property. The vintage touches to the house were fun. We enjoyed being so near the river and also liked seeing the occasional train go by. We had a nice evening spent around the fire pit after my son's Mizzou graduation. This was a great place for our family to celebrate our son's graduation.」

「We spent Christmas here. It was a perfect location for our family - close to other relatives and offered us plenty of space. Gorgeous views! We also enjoyed the horses and chickens that reside there. Hosts were wonderful - quick to answer any questions we had, thoughtful, helpful. Definitely interested in a return visit!」

I received confirmation from Hotels.com and thought nothing else of it until I arrived and found out I had no room. In a panic I contacted Conestoga via Hotels.com.
