Was very family friendly. I love the old school nostalgia of the place. Location was key. And the directions and owner was great with communication!

The trailer was old but can be fixed up with new deck and maybe new siding. The kitchen was more than supplied with dishes and pans. Very clean. Master bed could be upgraded. There is an ORV two doors down which worked on vehicles up to midnight on Friday night. Pool was closed and unfortunately that is one of the reasons I rented there. Getting too old to walk the dunes. Great chicken place across the street.
