“All the employees were very friendly, even the cleaning staff! The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbours but the amenities are beautiful. I highly recommend choosing the “all-inclusive” option for meals. The buffets were first rate and had everything labelled carefully if you have food sensitivities (like gluten intolerance or a severe nut allergy). ”

“Es uno de los mejores lugares que nos hemos hospedado. Dennis y su mujer te hacen sentir en casa. Nada más llegar nos ofreció Dennis algo fresco y nos enseñó todo con una sonrisa en la cara siempre. “Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Food from the restaurant was delicious. The games could use some maintenance but the kids didn't notice and loved everything and wanted to stay longer. ”

“Fantastic hotel. Located on a hilly city, it overlooks the valley where Granada is located offering a splendid view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Mine had a private balcony. The main terrasse has a pool and plenty of seating options. They offer a varied breakfast and several dining options. I will remember this stay for my entire life so much I enjoyed it.”
