“Initially I uncomfortable with no onsite check in, but the remote staff was quickly responsive and fully communicative. The studio, apartment 101, was basic but clean and comfortable. Be sure to ask for instructions on how to use the safe; I kept messing it up. The building's noise level is reasonable; another guest decided one night to sit in the lounge and stream through his speakerphone but he promptly stopped when I called the disturbance to his attention. “The property was in a good location off the tourist track which was nice. The size of the apartment was perfect for one person. The 24 hour security were really helpful and eager to please. Any questions like the below laundry details were given by the helpful security lady. It takes days to get a response if you message the establishment. The coffee shop, though a bit pricey was convenient and the coffee is ok. There is a laundry with a top loader washing machine and a drier. What is not……

“We stayed 1 week. The unit was clean, friendly staff and location was the best. Near several restaurants, grocery. Not noisy”

“Great place to stay for under $40 USD a night. Only complaint is the noise. Door has a gap of almost an inch from the floor, so you can hear everything outside your door and vise versa, they need to add door sweeps to mitigate the noise. Also the windows have poor sound proofing and for some reason there's always a different ruckus outside each night/morning. A marching band was outside the street at 8:30pm one night, what the heck?”
