「We come from Hong Kong. All the lobby securities are very nice, we do not speak Spanish but they do patiently offer us help. We appreciated that. We do have a noise problem during our stay, as we were in lower floor near public area. People would stay for chatting and chilling during late night and early morning. We contact the staff about it, and they have improved that problem. Location may not be in the center but the area is safe for living and 10mins walk to the metro station or shopping...

「The room was spotles and the location was the best in town being less than a minute away from the clock tower. The staff was courteous and professional as always and i have no shame to that Cindy & Richard are amongst my favorite people in Cartagena. I can't wait to go back!」

「Stayed here for a few days and enjoyed. The mall is super close and there’s many options for restaurants walking distance away, including la 70. No complaints. The only thing that I would say to keep in mind is the neighbouring apartments walls are thin so you’ll be able to hear if they’re loud, for me it didn’t bother much as I wasn’t home most of the time 」
