「Keep in mind there was no AC in the rooms. The price was great though and the rooms are a decent size. We had a problem with our shower, the water was not draining. Upon communicating this with the host, they tried to fix the issue quickly but upon seeing they could not, they offered to change us rooms. They gave us an upgrade to a slightly bigger room, which we really appreciated. It is in a good location, lots of restaurants near by.」

「El lugar dista mucho a las fotografías de la página (adjunto foto) no tenía microondas , ni lavadora , la limpieza es cada tercer día, es literal un cuarto muy pequeño , no tiene ventilación (si dos ventiladores que no daban el ancho, al colchón le faltaba una tabla en la base frontal y te hundes , de hecho me caí de la cama por eso llegando el primer día , la ubicación es muy buena , la cocineta no estaba terminada」

「Pros: The staff were very nice. The property is located within steps of the clock tower - very easy to meet up with tours and to walk around the walled city. The room was clean when we arrived and generally looked like the photos. 「We come from Hong Kong. All the lobby securities are very nice, we do not speak Spanish but they do patiently offer us help. We appreciated that. We do have a noise problem during our stay, as we were in lower floor near public area. People would stay for chatting and chilling during late night and early morning.
