Awesome Studio with AC, flat screen queen bed. Cable and android box. Full kitchen, desk to work from, table to eat at. 1 block from Exito. 2 blocks to the metro. Takes 15 minutes to walk to lleras. Shared washer and dryer. Every good restaurant in Manilla is right outside your door. Having the supermarket and the ATM one block away is so convenient. Apartment was just re-done. Can have Guests for free and no need to register guests.

Can’t ask for a better experience!

Visited Colombia for the first time for 6 days and absolutely loved it. I feel that I really lucked out with Barry and his apartment. The location is prime, literally like staying in the center of the Times Square of Medellin. Five minute walk to everything. The apartment was renovated beautifully, it was surprisingly quiet, didn’t hear any noise from the street or have any issues falling asleep, the AC was freezing, the hot water was scorching and the WiFi was as fast as what I’m used to here in the states (rare out in colombia). I definitely felt safe at the location and the apartment. However the best part was the view. This is a corner room facing a busy street, all of the city and mountains, you really can’t ask for more. But in the interest of “more” Barry has gone above and beyond to help and accommodate me during this trip. Every time I had an issue or request he was right there to assist. Truly one of the nicest people I ever met... if you are planning a trip to Medellin I would highly recommend Barry’s apartment, I know I will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you Barry!
