El ambiente terrible ,mucha usuarios de drogas zona no segura , me fui al segundo día para otro hotel en laureles esa zona si está buena buena …. Pero en fin no se lo recomiendo a nadie no me dieron el dinero pa atrás los demás días que no estuve en fin fatal .

I have to move to another place besause it was too much unsafety, bab service and gorrible facilites. This listing not deserve to be in this app. The experience was fustrating. The service was absent. Please don't take your childrens is not safe. No help with the broken door of the bathroom. The TV doesn't work. The A/C was spilling water and my luggage was affected. No body help, they always have to call the administrator. The bathroom was terrible and stinks.

La propiedad es buena, la relación calidad y precio es lo justo, personal de Front Desk y housekeeping muy amables, siempre dispuestos a orientarte y ayudarte, el agua en la propiedad por el momento es fría pero es pasable, la zona tiene muchos lugares de comida bastante cerca, también está a pasos del Hueco lugar donde consigues de todo a muy buenos precios, también el museo y la plaza botero están cerca, solamente el área tiene algunos indigentes en la noche pero hay bastante seguridad policíaca, en fin tenemos pensado volver Gracias al Hotel Vía 45 Centro

No AC, no hot water, but a nice clean room with a fridge and a fan for $20 a night. You can't beat that. The room was amazingly quiet for being in the center of the commercial district

Room was tiny, no hot shower water, broken and not working hot sink faucet, toulet wouldn't flush propery, stains on the bed and covers and they charged 20,000 pesos to have a guest in ypir room. All ridiculous. Ended up buying a room at the gallery hotel up the street and stayed there instead.

I was there for five days - no hot, not even warm water for showering. The staff was great, the hotel lobby and common areas for reading, etc nice and always clean. I would go back only if they fix the hot water matter.

I booked from nov 20-25 2 different rooms and no hot water.. i stayed 1 night and check out n3xt morning..they couldn't fixed the problem of hot water... and they wont give u a refund back.. worst hotel ever..DONT STAY THERE
