Quiet cottage with views

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish cottage. Located between Medford and Jacksonville this cottage has a modern farmhouse look setting on 3.5 acres. Sip your coffee or wine on the porch and enjoy the wildlife and the views. Just 5 minutes from downtown Jacksonville and 15 minutes to Medford. The wifi works great!! Enjoy a country setting while close to town.

The living room has lots of seating and a TV for entertainment.The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and large walkin bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The master also has a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom and closet. The third room is upstairs and offers two twin beds. Upstairs has lots of space for privacy or an additional play/ work area.

Guests are able to walk the grounds of the property if they choose to do so. Please be aware of the wildlife. Give them their space. We want to keep them here as long as we can.

Quiet country setting yet close to town.

There is ample free onsite parking.

Upon arrival there is a gate you will have to manually open.
Cleaning fees for longer stays then two weeks are $225.
Unregistered pets have an additional cleaning fee of $55
Fires are NOT allowed on the property at anytime
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the home. Cameras are located on the front entry bridge. Guests having events, parties or unregistered guests will be asked to leave.

Three old women (sisters) we get together several times throughout the year spend time together. When we were there it was cold and rainy outside but warm and comfy inside. Kitchen was well stocked we were able to cook a variety of meals. We enjoyed the wildlife, there were turkeys, deer and a wide variety of birds. The view from the property showed lovely fall colors.

Beautiful, scenic and serene

Great great property to visit with family. Was visiting our kid in Medford with my inlaws and this house was a perfect place of respite. Lots of wildlife, confortable outside seating and lovely outdoor lighting. A delight!

Home away from home vibe

We will definitely be staying here again in the future while visiting our family and friends in the area. The deer that frequent this property was just one of the things that made this house feel comfortable. The views are amazing as well.

Access denied

When arriving at 9 pm on check in day we could not access the property code DID NOT unlock the gate. Had to scramble to find a place to sleep for the night. Tried to call and text the contact info but no response till the next day. We did get access that day.
