「A good amount of ants in bathroom. sheets had alot of lint but was comfy and there was an annoying amount of flies 」

「Overall, a very good property. Clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom large w space for toiletries. There are paint drips on the floor, and the baseboards need to be repainted. Main issue was the keypads to get in, which aren’t always responsive. Would repeat.」

「The apartment was very clean and the communication with the host was great. any questions I had it was resolved immediately. The only complaint we had was the parking. We were warned and took the advice which was given.」

「Parking was a little tough since we got there later in the evening during all-star weekend, but everything else was as expected.」

「This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening....

「Good place. No major complaints.」

「Excellent place for kids to be entertained」

「10/10 overall! Exactly as listed and the hosts are super responsive, kind, organized and helpful. Would recommend and will be booking again!」
