"The upkeep of the hotel was not great. My oblong toilet had a round seat. The bathroom in the lobby was out service due to no lock on the door. The cushions on the sofa bed were covered in pet hair. The bathtub was stained and did not drain well at all. Was in ankle deep water when showering."

"We pulled up and were disappointed in how poorly maintained the outside looked. Lobby was dark. We did not even check in and when I called hotels.com to share our experience, our agent couldn’t even get them to answer the phone. I don’t mind simple and cheap. This was something different."

"Erin and Terry were amazing hosts! My daughter and I enjoyed the perfect girls weekend getaway in the little lakeside “tree house” cabin. They made sure we had an extra special stay. The space was so cozy and the view was breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Adam was very responsive to all our questions and accommodated all of our requests. The facility was clean and even more beautiful than the photos show. The beds were comfortable. The water was hot.
